Shocking, poor, miserable attitude. Waited in line in plenty of time before closing merely to drop of a parcel.had to wait as it was busy which is fair enough but then got told they wouldnt take it because they were closed More staff needed whom are qualified to run the PO.
Absolute disgrace. Waited 20+ minuets for a parcel. Lengthy queues only one person on the post office counter who clearly didnt have a clue. Still no parcel. Disgrace
Extremely unhelpful, RUDE staff member! Not ideal when you are running a business that relies heavily on the Royal Mail. I will be using The Cross Post office in Lymm from now on they are much more helpful.
