Terrible company. Alloy wheel slight damage and interior has been abused, although nothing missing. Mr P Manning company general manager couldn't even say sorry and said damage was done before. Furthermore there was excess mileage on my vehicle and they will not tell me where my vehicle was parked. This shows to me that they have something to hide This company was used via Clayton Hotels in Manchester, as we went on holiday for 16 days. They have refunded me as I could not get anywhere with the person mentioned above. These type of companies should be shut down, as they are owned & run by unscrupulous people. I'd highly advise you not to use this company and do your research before you use any hotel that uses these companies to park your car off site.
