Karl is the most approachable, friendly, kind and helpful flower arranger His work is to a extremely high standard and nothing is too much trouble. For my mother's funeral he produced the most fantastic pedestals and spray for mum's coffin. The brief was followed to the exact detail. I bought a lovely bouquet from Karl for my sister and something went wrong however Karl and his team came to the rescue with a placement bouquet, even on a Sunday! I would say that's the best service I have ever had! My dad always orders flower from Karl for my birthday and they are always beautiful and last forever!
