I can't recommend this garage highly enough. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to sort your car out. The mechanics did an excellent job. Had MOT and full service. Great.
Great service from this established family run business
Steer clear of this garage, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional bunch of people in all my life. We were lied to about the work that had been performed on the car ( to which I have dashcam video proof of) They told me they road tested my car for 20 minutes and in reality the car didn't leave the forecourt and that they had steam cleaned my engine which again in reality they spent precisely 2 and a half minutes jet washing it with a power washer! When we queried the work the female owner on the phone thought she had my husband on mute and decided to bad mouth him to a mechanic calling him an arse. We went to collect the car the next day and discuss the way we were treated with the current owner Melvyn and he was very passive aggressive and rude. Needless to say I will NOT be recommending this garage!
Being told as business can't fit you in for 2 weeks is normal annoying but when a garage tells me that I read between the lines. "We are a good garage, trusted by locals"I wasn't wrong. Once in the garage my car was fixed on time, to my standard and for a fair price. I was early coming to collect my car, the receptions was able to tell me where they we up to. Although the office/waiting room is small the pub next door seemed more than happy to let me sit at the bar and eat a light bite whilst I waited.
Booked in for an MOT, excellent service, friendly and efficient. Im new to the area so glad I've found a garage i can trust. Will be using again in the future.
