Thanks for your scathing review. We tried to source a product spare for a sign that had been out of production for over a year. We probably had the last one in the UK on a sample sign we split up for you as a favour and that went missing in the post. "Is there insurance with parcel force to cover a whole new sign?"No, no courier will pay for a full new sign if they lose a used component. Common sense.And the base you had was a replacement ecoflex base, the newer style. It wasn't a lighter one, and was actually the item in the product description for what you ordered.
